Our Aims:

• To increase the number of U17 players at training sessions and grand prix's
  
• Increase the number of coaches supporting junior development and increase the number of coaches from teams supporting Under 17's.
  
• Create separate training sessions for Under 13's and Under 15's
  
• Develop better links with counties and ensure we have involvement from each county
